Billing Terms

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• —Hosting only — this plan covers website hosting. Design changes or updates to your website are arranged directly with your website designer or developer and are billed separately by them.
• —Hosting is available only for websites built or supplied by us. Subscriptions purchased for other websites will be refunded.
• —You keep full ownership of your domain name at all times.
• —Monthly payments are non-refundable once processed.
• —By subscribing you agree that hosting begins immediately. This means your statutory 14-day cancellation right no longer applies once the service has started.
• —Cancel anytime via your Stripe billing portal; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• —If a payment fails, we'll email you with a short grace period before any suspension.
• —We never store your card details — all payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• —Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
