Billing Terms

• Hosting only — this plan covers website hosting. Design changes or updates to your website are arranged directly with your website designer or developer and are billed separately by them.
• Hosting is available only for websites built or supplied by us. Subscriptions purchased for other websites will be refunded.
• You keep full ownership of your domain name at all times.
• Monthly payments are non-refundable once processed.
• By subscribing you agree that hosting begins immediately. This means your statutory 14-day cancellation right no longer applies once the service has started.
• Cancel anytime via your Stripe billing portal; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• If a payment fails, we'll email you with a short grace period before any suspension.
• We never store your card details — all payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will continue to have access until that date.

Monthly hosting payments are non-refundable once processed. Annual plans are also non-refundable; however, if you cancel an annual plan, you will retain access for the remainder of the paid period.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card details. Stripe may present their own terms and privacy policy during checkout.

We may update our hosting prices from time to time. Where pricing changes affect existing subscriptions, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.
