Billing Terms

• This fee covers website hosting only. Any design updates or additional services are quoted separately.
• Your hosting service begins immediately upon payment, and you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to the standard 14-day cancellation period in doing so.
• Monthly payments are non-refundable once processed.
• To cancel, use the Manage Subscription link — cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• If a payment is missed, your site will be suspended after a 7-day grace period.
• We do not store your card details — all payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• The Midas Creation reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will continue to have access until that date.

Monthly hosting payments are non-refundable once processed. Annual plans are also non-refundable; however, if you cancel an annual plan, you will retain access for the remainder of the paid period.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card details. Stripe may present their own terms and privacy policy during checkout.

We may update our hosting prices from time to time. Where pricing changes affect existing subscriptions, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.
