Yes. Head to our Manage Subscription page and we'll email you a secure Stripe portal link.
The hosting fee covers keeping your website live and secure — server space, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring and ongoing support. The design or build of your site is handled separately when I create it.
We'll email you before anything changes. If a payment isn't resolved, your site may be suspended after a short grace period and reactivates as soon as payment succeeds.
I typically reply within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. For anything urgent, email support@themidascreation.com.
Yes. All payments are processed securely via Stripe — we never store your card details. Your website is hosted with SSL encryption as standard.
Hosting is a recurring service, so I don't offer refunds for time already used. You can cancel anytime from the Manage Subscription page and you won't be billed again.
